Basic information regarding Stephen Leek music licences

Purchasing a licence to copy my music is easy but different from other ways you may have purchased music. A licence must be purchased for each copy you will make and the exact number of copies you will actually make. For example if you have a choir of 20 singers you will need to purchase a licence for 22 copies – 20 singers, 1 conductor, 1 accompanist. All licenced copies have a boxed set of information on the front cover. Each score must carry this title page, be numbered, dated and stamped by the organisation that has been granted the licence. These licences and their copies must not be resold, loaned or hired out, recopied when damaged or lost, and are for use only by members of the licenced organisation. A copy of the invoice granting the licence must be kept on file at all times as proof of this licencing arrangement.
