LICENCES - apologies for the necessary increase in the price of my scores. This increase has become necessary due to the outrageous photocopy licences that AMCOS grants to schools and educational institutions in Australia, - an outrage that does not allow me to see return for the sales that I make to these institutions. I am now encouraging all choral groups to purchase a photocopy licence from me for the number of copies that they need instead of hard copies, and I am now also encouraging groups that are covered by the rediculous AMCOS agreement to buy licences from me for the number of copies you wish to make. This is the only way that I can see that it puts all choral groups in the community on a level playing field, and offer some fairplay to the composers, artists and copyright owners. If you would still like to purchase hard copies in lot sets over 50 copies I am happy to negotiate a special price with you. In this way, sales can be direct via the internet, the turn around is generally instant, and we support the artists rather than the printers, couriers, paper manufacturers, etc etc.
All licenced copies must be numbered, dated and stamped with the organisation that has been granted the licence. These licences and their copies must not be resold, hired out, replaced when damaged or lost, and are for use only by members of the licenced organisation. A copy of the invoice granting the licence must be kept on file at all times.
